Delete your account

You can delete your Sunloop account and all its data at any time.

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Sunloop and tap your avatar to open You.
2. Tap the gear for Settings, then Privacy and security.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

You can choose to keep your routines on this phone, or erase them too.

Without the app

Email support@sunloop.app from the address you signed in with, with the subject "Delete my account". If you signed in with Apple's private relay, write from the Apple ID's email and tell us so. We'll confirm, then delete.

What's deleted

• Your account and sign-in details.
• Your backup: routines, plans, history, name, avatar and settings.
• Your place in any loops. Other members see that you left; their own data isn't affected.

Deletion is complete within 30 days, including backups. If you signed in with Apple, we also revoke Sunloop's access to your Apple ID.

What isn't on our servers

If you never signed in, all your data is on your phone only. Delete the app, or use You → Settings → Privacy and security → Erase all data.
